Afters - After School Provision

‘Afters’ is our after school club situated in the Poppy room. It provides after school care until 6pm or a shorter session until 4.30pm.

Please book a place at Afters for your child 48 hours or more in advance of the session start time via your child's Arbor account.  If the Arbor system does not allow you to book a place this means that the club may have reached capacity or you are attempting to make a booking less than 48 hours in advance.  Please email parents@greenvale.croydon.sch.uk and a member of staff will reply to you to confirm if your child is able to attend.  If you have missed the 48 hour deadline and a place for your child is available, this will be charged at the higher rate as per terms and conditions.

Please ensure that all contacts authorised to collect your child from Afters have been added to Arbor as this will avoid you needing to email if collection arrangements change last minute.

 

REGISTRATION AND ALLOCATION OF PLACES

To enable your child to attend Breakfast and/or After School club, parents/carers must have read this handbook and agreed to the terms and conditions by giving consent via the ‘Wraparound Care’ consent item on Arbor. This can be found on the Arbor Parent App under ‘Consents’ > ‘Wraparound Care’.
